Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor design teams throughout the architectural project lifecycle, from inception to handover.
• Develop innovative and sustainable design concepts, translating them into detailed technical drawings and specifications.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring efficient project delivery.
• Liaise with clients, planning authorities, and contractors to present designs and resolve complex technical issues.
• Conduct thorough site analysis and feasibility studies to inform design strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Lead Architect or Senior Architect with a strong portfolio of diverse projects.
• Master's degree in Architecture and full qualification with the ARB/RIBA.
• Expertise in architectural design software , including advanced proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Comprehensive understanding of UK planning policies, building regulations, and construction methods.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
