About the Role

Our client is seeking an accomplished and visionary Lead Architect to spearhead projects from their office in Coventry . This senior position involves leading design teams, managing client relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality architectural schemes. You will be responsible for the creative direction and technical execution of projects, fostering innovation while adhering to project constraints and objectives. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from inception through to completion, managing project timelines and budgets effectively.
• Develop innovative and sustainable architectural concepts, translating them into detailed design proposals and technical documentation.
• Oversee and mentor a team of architects and technologists, ensuring high standards of design quality and technical accuracy.
• Engage with clients, stakeholders, and planning authorities to secure approvals and ensure project success.
• Conduct site analysis, feasibility studies, and develop comprehensive project strategies .

Requirements

• A recognized architectural qualification (e.g., RIBA Part III or equivalent) with substantial post-qualification experience.
• Demonstrable experience in leading significant architectural projects, ideally within the UK.
• Proficiency in architectural software , including advanced skills in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• A strong portfolio showcasing design excellence and successful project delivery.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
