Key Responsibilities

• Set and drive the architectural vision and design strategy for key client projects.
• Lead and inspire multi-disciplinary design teams, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
• Oversee the entire design process, from initial concept and feasibility studies to detailed construction documentation and site liaison.
• Ensure all architectural designs comply with relevant building codes, planning regulations, and sustainability targets.
• Act as a key client liaison, building strong relationships and ensuring project objectives are fully met.
• Review and approve technical drawings, specifications, and construction plans.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a qualified Architect with a strong portfolio of successfully delivered large-scale projects.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience managing design teams remotely.
• Expertise in advanced BIM software (e.g., Revit) and other relevant design technologies.
• In-depth knowledge of UK planning law, building regulations, and construction best practices.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Commitment to sustainable design principles and innovative architectural solutions.
