Key Responsibilities

• Direct and manage architectural design teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and articulate innovative design concepts and solutions for large-scale commercial and residential projects.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, planning regulations, and sustainability standards.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and regulatory bodies, managing project expectations.
• Oversee the preparation of detailed design documentation, tender packages, and construction drawings.
• Conduct rigorous quality assurance checks and site supervisions to ensure project integrity and adherence to design intent.

Requirements

• Professional architectural qualification (e.g., RIBA Chartered Architect or equivalent).
• Extensive experience in leading architectural projects from inception to completion, particularly in commercial and multi-unit residential sectors.
• Demonstrated expertise in BIM software , including Revit , and advanced visualization tools.
• Strong understanding of UK planning legislation and building control procedures.
• Exceptional leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex project finances and timelines effectively.
