About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design process for significant architectural projects from concept to completion.
• Mentor, manage, and inspire a team of architects, technologists, and designers.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders, fostering strong relationships.
• Oversee the development of high-quality design proposals, ensuring they meet client objectives and regulatory standards.
• Contribute to business development initiatives, including proposal writing and client presentations.
• Ensure technical quality, innovation, and sustainability are integrated into all designs.

Requirements

• Qualified Architect with substantial post-qualification experience in a leadership role.
• Demonstrated success in leading and delivering complex architectural projects.
• Exceptional design skills, creativity, and a strong portfolio.
• Expertise in architectural software, including BIM (Revit ).
• Excellent client-facing, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of construction technologies, regulations, and procurement routes in the UK.
