Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design process for major architectural projects, ensuring creative vision and technical integrity.
• Manage and mentor a team of architectural professionals, fostering skill development and project efficiency.
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to define project scope and objectives.
• Oversee the preparation of detailed design documentation, including drawings, specifications, and BIM models.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant building regulations, planning policies, and quality standards.

Requirements

• Qualified Architect with substantial post-qualification experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex architectural projects from inception to completion.
• Expertise in architectural design principles, building codes, and construction technologies.
• Proficiency in Revit and other relevant design and visualization software.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills.
