About the Role

Our client is actively seeking a highly motivated and innovative Lead Architectural Designer to join their established firm, operating on a fully remote basis. You will lead design teams, mentor junior designers, and be instrumental in shaping the aesthetic and functional direction of diverse projects, from initial concept through to detailed design documentation. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualization and development of architectural designs, ensuring innovative and client-focused solutions.
• Oversee and guide design teams, providing technical expertise and creative direction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop detailed design proposals, including sketches, 3D models, and presentations for client review and approval.
• Ensure designs comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.
• Collaborate with project managers and external consultants to integrate various building systems and ensure constructability.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Architecture or equivalent professional qualification.
• Significant experience (7+ years) in architectural design, with a strong portfolio showcasing complex projects.
• Expertise in architectural design software , including Revit , SketchUp , and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience managing design teams.
• Excellent understanding of sustainable design practices and building performance analysis.
