Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design vision and creative direction for multiple architectural projects concurrently.
• Develop high-level concept designs, masterplans, and detailed design proposals.
• Oversee and guide junior designers and technical staff throughout the design process.
• Present design concepts and proposals to clients and stakeholders with compelling clarity.

Requirements

• Qualified Architect or Architectural Designer with significant design leadership experience.
• Demonstrated portfolio of innovative and successfully delivered architectural projects.
• Expertise in advanced 3D modeling, rendering, and BIM software (e.g., Revit, Rhino, Lumion).
• Strong understanding of architectural theory, urban design principles, and contemporary design trends.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for remote team leadership.
