About the Role

Our client is looking for a creative and experienced Lead Architectural Designer to spearhead design innovation for their projects, operating remotely from Bradford, West Yorkshire . In this senior role, you will be responsible for developing groundbreaking design concepts and guiding their execution through all project phases. You will lead a team of designers, foster a culture of design excellence, and ensure that projects are not only aesthetically compelling but also functionally superior and commercially viable. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and present innovative architectural concepts and design narratives for diverse projects.
• Lead and mentor a team of architectural designers, providing guidance and creative direction.
• Oversee the design development process, ensuring design integrity from concept to construction documentation.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to articulate design vision and secure buy-in.

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture or Interior Design with a strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional design capabilities.
• Significant experience in leading design on complex architectural projects.
• Expertise in Revit , 3D modeling software (e.g., Rhino, SketchUp), and rendering programs.
• Strong understanding of architectural principles, aesthetics, and construction methods.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively in a remote setting.
