About the Role

Our client is seeking an accomplished Lead Architectural Project Manager to oversee the delivery of significant architectural projects within their Edinburgh office. This leadership role demands a blend of strong architectural acumen, exceptional project management skills, and a proven ability to guide project teams from inception through to final handover. You will be responsible for managing budgets, timelines, and quality control, ensuring successful outcomes for a diverse range of developments across Scotland . Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of the architectural project lifecycle, from initial briefing to project completion and handover.
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Coordinate with internal design teams, consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Oversee the quality assurance process, ensuring compliance with design standards, building regulations, and client specifications.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing any issues that may impact project objectives.

Requirements

• A degree in Architecture or a related field, with a minimum of 8 years of project management experience in architecture.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex architectural projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, construction processes, and UK building regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and architectural design tools is an advantage.
