Lead Asset Integrity Engineer

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive asset integrity management (AIM) systems and strategies.
• Conduct risk-based assessments (RBAs) and fitness-for-service (FFS) evaluations for critical assets.
• Oversee inspection, testing, and maintenance programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
• Lead a team of integrity engineers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
• Manage vendor relationships for integrity-related services and equipment.
• Investigate asset failures or incidents, determining root causes and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in asset integrity management , mechanical integrity, or a related engineering discipline within the energy sector.
• In-depth knowledge of relevant industry codes and standards (e.g., API, ASME, LOLER).
• Experience with NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) methods and technologies.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
• Proven leadership skills and experience managing engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies and their application to energy assets .
