Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of automotive technicians, providing technical guidance and support.
• Perform complex diagnostics on a wide range of vehicle makes and models, identifying root causes of mechanical and electrical faults.
• Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment, including oscilloscopes, multi-meters, and specialized scanning tools.
• Oversee and manage workshop workflow, ensuring efficient scheduling and timely completion of repairs.
• Maintain accurate service records and repair histories for all vehicles serviced.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the workshop environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Master Automotive Technician or similar role, with a strong diagnostic background.
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Motor Vehicle Engineering or a related discipline.
• Extensive knowledge of vehicle electrical systems, engine management, and modern automotive technology.
• Proficiency with advanced diagnostic software and hardware.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
