Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics on a wide range of vehicle makes and models, identifying root causes of mechanical and electrical faults.
• Lead and mentor a team of automotive technicians, offering technical support and guidance on complex repairs.
• Execute major repairs, including engine overhauls, transmission replacements, and electrical system troubleshooting.
• Ensure all work is completed efficiently, accurately, and to the highest quality standards, adhering to manufacturer specifications.
• Utilize and maintain advanced diagnostic equipment, software, and tools effectively.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technologies, techniques, and service bulletins through continuous training.

Requirements

• Significant experience as a qualified Automotive Technician with a specialization in diagnostics.
• Master Technician certification or equivalent experience and qualifications.
• Proficiency with OEM-level diagnostic software and hardware.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical issues clearly to service advisors and customers.
