Key Responsibilities

• Define and document the overall software architecture for automotive infotainment, ADAS, and connectivity systems.
• Lead and mentor a team of software architects and senior engineers.
• Establish software development standards, best practices, and coding guidelines.
• Collaborate with product management and stakeholders to translate requirements into architectural designs.
• Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools for software development.
• Oversee the integration of various software components and ensure system-level performance and security.

Requirements

• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years in automotive software architecture .
• Proven track record of designing and delivering complex, embedded software systems.
• Deep understanding of software design patterns, SOA, microservices, and real-time operating systems.
• Experience with automotive communication protocols (e.g., AUTOSAR, CAN-FD, Ethernet).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills for remote team management.
