Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of embedded software for automotive applications.
• Manage and mentor a team of automotive software engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Define software architecture, coding standards, and best practices for automotive projects.
• Oversee the integration of software components and ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
• Conduct code reviews, performance analysis, and optimize software for efficiency and reliability.
• Collaborate with systems engineers and hardware teams to ensure seamless system integration.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Over 8 years of professional experience in embedded software development, with a significant focus on the automotive sector.
• Demonstrated experience in leading software development teams and managing projects.
• Strong proficiency in C/C++ and experience with automotive real-time operating systems (RTOS).
• Knowledge of automotive communication protocols (e.g., CAN, FlexRay, Automotive Ethernet).
• Experience with AUTOSAR architecture and development tools is highly desirable.
