About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and test cases for automotive software and hardware components.
• Lead and mentor a team of test engineers, assigning tasks and overseeing project timelines.
• Design and maintain automated testing frameworks and tools to improve efficiency and coverage.
• Perform rigorous analysis of test results, identify defects, and collaborate with development teams for resolution.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and automotive quality requirements throughout the testing process.
• Manage test environments and equipment, ensuring they are up-to-date and functioning correctly.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• 5-7 years of experience in automotive testing, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior capacity.
• Proven experience with various testing methodologies (functional, performance, regression, integration).
• Strong knowledge of automotive communication protocols such as CAN, LIN, and Automotive Ethernet.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell) for test automation.
• Experience with test management tools and defect tracking systems.
