Our client is seeking a seasoned Lead Backend Developer to spearhead the development of their microservices architecture in Coventry . Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable microservices using languages like Java, Python, or Go.
- Define and enforce architectural patterns, coding standards, and best practices for backend development.

- Collaborate closely with product managers, frontend developers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality features.

Requirements
- Significant professional experience in backend development , with a proven track record of leading development teams.
- Expertise in designing and building distributed systems and microservices architectures .
- Strong proficiency in one or more backend programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, Go, Node.js).
- Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
