Lead Base Metals Derivatives Trader - Build & Scale Desk (Remote)

Selby Jennings is seeking an experienced Derivatives Base Metals Trader to lead a new desk at a global metals trading house. The role requires building the desk, developing strategies, and managing risk across copper, aluminium, zinc, nickel, lead, and tin.

You will establish trading frameworks, recruit and mentor traders, and forge relationships with producers, trading houses, brokers, funds and banks. A proven P&L track record and deep market knowledge are essential.
