About the Role

Our client, a highly-regarded spa and beauty clinic in Coventry , is looking for an experienced and dynamic Lead Beauty Therapist . This is a pivotal role where you will oversee the delivery of a comprehensive range of beauty treatments, manage a team of therapists, and ensure an exceptional client experience. You will play a key part in maintaining the clinic's reputation for luxury and expertise, driving business growth and upholding the highest professional standards in a beautiful, modern facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of advanced beauty treatments, including facials, waxing, manicures, pedicures, and massage.
• Lead, train, and motivate the beauty therapy team, fostering a positive and productive work culture.
• Manage appointment schedules, client bookings, and maintain accurate client records.
• Ensure compliance with all hygiene, health, and safety regulations within the treatment rooms.
• Contribute to the development of new treatment offerings and client packages to drive revenue.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Beauty Therapist , with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Beauty Therapy or CIDESCO/ITEC.
• Expertise in a wide range of beauty treatments and product knowledge.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client service skills.
• A passion for the beauty industry and commitment to continuous professional development in Coventry .
