Lead BIM Architect

About the Role

Our client is searching for an innovative Lead BIM Architect to spearhead their digital transformation initiatives from a remote-first perspective. You will be instrumental in developing and implementing advanced BIM strategies, standards, and workflows across all projects. This role requires a visionary leader who can guide project teams in leveraging BIM technology to enhance design quality, efficiency, and collaboration, ultimately pushing the boundaries of architectural practice. You will work with a globally distributed team, contributing to projects that range from large-scale urban developments to bespoke residential designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enforce BIM standards, protocols, and best practices for the entire organization.
• Lead the implementation and optimization of BIM software and related technologies.
• Provide expert guidance and training to project teams on effective BIM utilization.
• Oversee the coordination of BIM models from all disciplines to ensure clash detection and model integrity.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to define BIM requirements and deliverables for projects.

Requirements

• Significant experience as an Architect with a specialization in Building Information Modeling (BIM) .
• Demonstrated expertise in leading BIM adoption and managing BIM workflows in an architectural context.
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and Solibri Model Checker.
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills for effective remote collaboration.
