Our client is seeking an accomplished and visionary Lead BIM Architect to spearhead their digital transformation initiatives. This is a pivotal role focused on enhancing design processes through advanced Building Information Modelling (BIM) strategies. You will be instrumental in developing and implementing BIM standards, workflows, and technologies across a wide range of challenging projects. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and enforce BIM standards , protocols, and best practices across all projects.
- Lead and mentor a team of BIM specialists and architectural technologists in leveraging BIM tools effectively.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure seamless integration of BIM throughout the design, construction, and lifecycle management phases.
- Oversee the creation and management of model data , ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project requirements.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in BIM and digital construction, recommending and integrating new tools and workflows.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in architectural design and project delivery, with a significant focus on BIM implementation .
- Expert proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and Solibri.
- Demonstrated experience in leading BIM coordination and clash detection processes.
- Strong understanding of digital construction technologies and their application in the AEC industry.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
