Lead BIM Architect

About the Role

Our client is looking for an accomplished Lead BIM Architect to spearhead their Building Information Modeling strategy and execution across all projects. Operating in a fully remote capacity, you will set the standards for BIM implementation, train and support teams, and ensure the effective use of BIM technologies to enhance design, coordination, and project delivery. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement BIM standards, protocols, and workflows for the practice.
• Lead BIM coordination meetings with internal teams and external consultants.
• Provide training and technical support to architects and designers on BIM software and processes.
• Oversee the creation and management of project BIM models and information rich datasets.
• Ensure best practices in model federation and clash detection across disciplines.

Requirements

• Fully qualified Architect with extensive BIM experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.
• Proven experience in leading BIM implementation and strategy.
• Strong understanding of collaborative design processes and information exchange standards (e.g., IFC).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills for a remote environment.
