About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage the company's BIM strategy and standards across all projects.
• Lead BIM coordination meetings, facilitating collaboration between design disciplines and construction teams.
• Oversee the creation and management of detailed BIM models, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Provide technical guidance and training on BIM software and workflows to project teams.

Requirements

• Professional architectural qualification (e.g., RIBA Part III or equivalent).
• Extensive experience in BIM implementation and management on large-scale, complex projects.
• Expert knowledge of BIM software, including Revit, Navisworks, Solibri, and related platforms.
• Strong understanding of various project delivery methodologies and their integration with BIM.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide multidisciplinary teams remotely.
