About the Role

Our client, a leading architectural firm situated in the bustling city of Coventry , is seeking an experienced Lead BIM Coordinator to drive their Building Information Modelling strategy. You will be responsible for developing and enforcing BIM standards, training project teams, and championing the adoption of advanced digital workflows. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage the company's BIM strategy and standards across all projects.
• Coordinate BIM activities among design teams, consultants, and contractors, ensuring efficient clash detection and resolution.
• Lead training sessions and provide technical support to project teams on BIM software and workflows.
• Manage the creation and maintenance of model federations and federated models for coordination and review.
• Ensure the accuracy, quality, and consistency of BIM data throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in BIM coordination and management within an architectural or construction environment.
• Expertise in Revit and other relevant BIM software (Navisworks, BIM 360/ACC).
• In-depth knowledge of national and international BIM standards and protocols.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor technical teams in a project setting.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
