About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the technical architecture for all blockchain-related projects , ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
• Lead the design and development of decentralized applications (dApps) and associated smart contracts.
• Evaluate and select appropriate blockchain platforms, consensus mechanisms, and cryptographic tools.
• Collaborate closely with product management, engineering, and security teams to translate requirements into technical designs.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to blockchain development teams, fostering best practices.
• Oversee the implementation and deployment of blockchain networks and solutions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software architecture and development, with a minimum of 5 years specifically in blockchain architecture .
• In-depth knowledge of various blockchain protocols (e.g., Ethereum, Solana, Polkadot) and their underlying technologies.
• Expertise in smart contract languages (e.g., Solidity, Vyper) and dApp development frameworks.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing large-scale, distributed systems.
• Strong understanding of cryptography , network security, and consensus algorithms.
