Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the overall technical architecture for the company's blockchain initiatives and products.
• Lead the design and development of robust, scalable, and secure blockchain networks and protocols.
• Evaluate and select appropriate blockchain technologies, platforms, and tools for specific project needs.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, fostering best practices in blockchain engineering.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into detailed technical blueprints and roadmaps.
• Oversee the implementation and deployment of blockchain solutions, ensuring performance, security, and compliance.

Requirements

• Extensive experience (7+ years) in software architecture, with a significant focus on blockchain technology .
• Deep understanding of various blockchain frameworks (e.g., Hyperledger Fabric, Corda, Ethereum) and distributed ledger technologies (DLTs).
• Proven ability to design and implement complex, enterprise-grade blockchain solutions.
• Strong knowledge of cryptography, consensus algorithms, and smart contract security.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, adept at working in a remote-first environment.
