Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex blockchain architectures and protocols.
- Oversee the full software development lifecycle for blockchain projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of blockchain developers.
- Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams to align blockchain strategy with business objectives.
- Ensure the security, performance, and scalability of all deployed blockchain solutions.
Requirements
- Extensive experience (7+ years) in software engineering, with a strong focus on blockchain technology and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of leading development teams and successfully delivering large-scale blockchain projects.
- Expertise in multiple blockchain platforms and programming languages (e.g., Go, Rust, Solidity).
- In-depth understanding of consensus algorithms, network protocols, and cryptographic principles.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices for blockchain deployments.
