About the Role

Our client is looking for a visionary Lead Blockchain Engineer to spearhead their blockchain initiatives in Coventry . Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of blockchain developers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
• Architect and design robust, secure, and scalable blockchain systems and applications.
• Oversee the end-to-end development lifecycle of smart contracts and dApps.
• Establish and enforce coding standards, development processes, and best practices for the blockchain team.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in blockchain development , with a track record of leading technical teams and projects.
• Deep understanding of various blockchain architectures (e.g., public, private, consortium) and consensus mechanisms.
• Expertise in smart contract programming (e.g., Solidity, Vyper) and deployment.
• Strong knowledge of decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols and non-fungible tokens (NFTs).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
• Experience with cloud platforms and DevOps practices in a blockchain context.
