Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 4 years focused on blockchain development .
• Proven experience leading engineering teams and managing complex technical projects.
• In-depth knowledge of various blockchain protocols (e.g., Ethereum , Polygon, Solana) and consensus mechanisms.
• Expertise in smart contract development (Solidity) and experience with decentralized application (dApp) architectures.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, cryptography, and cybersecurity principles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
