Lead BMS & Smart Building Services (Hybrid + UK Travel)

Siemens Mobility is seeking an experienced Building Management System (BMS) Service Team Leader to lead and develop the BMS service team across UK customer sites. The role combines hands-on technical leadership with the oversight of maintenance activities and service delivery, with travel across the North of the UK.

You will plan maintenance, coordinate engineers, resolve complex faults, and drive continuous improvement while meeting contractual KPIs and client expectations.
