Auto Skills UK is seeking an Experienced Bodyshop Manager in New Milton to lead the day-to-day operation, drive performance and deliver repairs to the highest standards.

You will coach the team, manage workflow across panel, MET and Paint, ensure quality and customer satisfaction, and maintain Health & Safety compliance in a modern workshop.

This full-time role offers a salary up to £50,000, Monday to Friday, 08:30-17:00, with development opportunities.
