Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree in a relevant discipline.
- Over 8 years of progressive experience in business transformation , change management, or strategic consulting.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects within the management consultancy sector.
- Strong understanding of various business models, operational frameworks, and digital transformation technologies.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and client-relationship management skills.
