Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive business transformation strategies tailored to client-specific needs.

Requirements
- Over 7 years of progressive experience in management consulting , with a focus on business transformation and strategy.
- Demonstrated success in leading large-scale change management programs.
- Expertise in operational improvement, process re-engineering, and organizational design.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of influencing at all levels.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related analytical discipline preferred.
