Lead CAMHS Pharmacist Prescriber & Medicines Optimisation

Avon and Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership NHS Trust invites a motivated pharmacist with mental health and/or paediatric expertise to deliver a specialist clinical pharmacy service to CAMHS. You will be a fully integrated member of the multidisciplinary CAMHS team, providing expert pharmaceutical advice to clinicians, young people and their carers.

The role includes medicines optimisation, supporting safe psychotropic prescribing, and leading on medicines-related quality improvement
