Lead Chef - Seasonal British Pub Kitchen, Paid Breaks

The Windsor Castle N2 in North London is seeking a hands-on Head Chef to join a small, award-winning gastropub team. You will lead, develop and inspire a tight kitchen, work with the owners on menu direction, and nurture a positive, inclusive kitchen culture.

This role requires strong GP, stock management, allergen awareness and impeccable hygiene standards, with a focus on British seasonal produce and standout Sunday roasts.
