Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex chemical processes from concept to commercialization.
• Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to a team of chemical engineers and project staff.
• Manage multiple engineering projects concurrently, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
• Conduct in-depth process analysis, optimization, and troubleshooting for plant operations.
• Ensure all engineering designs and operations comply with stringent health, safety, and environmental (HSE ) regulations and industry best practices.
• Liaise with senior management, stakeholders, and external partners on project status and strategic direction.

Requirements

• Master's or PhD degree in Chemical Engineering .
• Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in chemical process engineering, with a significant portion in a leadership or senior role.
• Proven experience in leading complex process design and scale-up projects.
• Expertise in process simulation software, P&ID development , and equipment specification.
• Deep understanding of process safety management (PSM) principles and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.
