Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement the strategic vision for process engineering and development activities.
- Lead and mentor a team of chemical engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Oversee the design, execution, and analysis of process development projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain robust process safety management (PSM) programs.
- Act as a subject matter expert for complex process challenges, providing technical guidance and solutions.
- Collaborate closely with R&D, manufacturing, and other departments to ensure successful technology transfer and scale-up.
Requirements
- Advanced degree (MSc or PhD) in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in chemical process design, development, and optimisation.
- Proven track record of leading successful process engineering projects and teams.
- Expertise in process safety, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement innovative engineering solutions.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, critical for a fully remote role.
