Lead Civil Engineer — BIM, Delivery & Hybrid Work

BakerHicks is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to lead civil design delivery within our Civil & Structural team, working independently or with multidisciplinary groups. You’ll mentor engineers and technicians, helping to build capability across the wider team.

You’ll bring strong experience in Autodesk Civil 3D and MicroDrainage/InfoDrainage, with knowledge of AutoCAD and an interest in advancing BIM and digital engineering across projects.
