About the Role
Our client is seeking an innovative and experienced Lead Creative Designer to spearhead their creative initiatives in London . Key Responsibilities
- Lead the conceptualization and execution of creative design projects from ideation to final delivery.
- Manage and mentor a team of graphic designers and visual artists, providing constructive feedback and fostering skill development.
- Develop and maintain strong visual brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and digital platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to translate project objectives into compelling visual narratives.
- Present creative concepts and final designs to stakeholders, effectively articulating design decisions and rationale.
- Stay abreast of the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously elevate the team's output.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Creative Director or Lead Designer in an agency or in-house creative department.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work, with a focus on brand identity, campaign design, and digital media.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with design thinking principles.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Experience managing creative teams and external vendors.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
