Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in curriculum design, with at least 3 years in a leadership role focused on digital learning.
• Proven expertise in adult learning principles (andragogy), instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM), and learning technologies (LMS, LXP).
• Strong portfolio showcasing innovative digital curriculum and learning solutions.
• Excellent project management, communication, and team leadership skills.
• Experience with e-learning authoring tools and multimedia production.
