Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end development and deployment of machine learning models and AI solutions for various business applications.
- Design and implement data mining strategies, build predictive models, and perform statistical analysis on large, complex datasets.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate AI/ML models into production systems and applications.
- Mentor and guide a team of data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Communicate complex findings and insights clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and data science, identifying opportunities for innovation.
Requirements
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in data science, with a strong focus on AI/ML model development and deployment.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and expertise in ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to mentor and manage a team of data professionals.
