Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development and deployment of machine learning models and AI solutions for various business applications.

• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate AI/ML models into production systems and applications.
• Mentor and guide a team of data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.

Requirements

• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in data science, with a strong focus on AI/ML model development and deployment.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and expertise in ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
