Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of data scientists, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

• Extract, clean, and transform large, complex datasets from various sources for analysis.

Requirements

• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in data science, with at least 2 years in a leadership or mentoring capacity.
• Expertise in programming languages such as Python or R, and proficiency with data manipulation libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
• Strong experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) and big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop).
• Deep understanding of statistical modeling, experimental design, and hypothesis testing.
• Excellent communication and remote collaboration skills, with a proven ability to lead projects effectively.
