Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of end-to-end machine learning models for various business challenges.
- Mentor and guide a team of junior and senior data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.

- Conduct exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and model validation to ensure accuracy and robustness.

Requirements
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of experience in data science , with a strong focus on machine learning and predictive modeling.
- Proven experience in leading data science teams and projects.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- Expertise in statistical analysis, experimental design, and data mining techniques.
- Strong understanding of big data technologies and cloud platforms (e.g., Spark, Hadoop, AWS, Azure).
