Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy scalable machine learning models for various business applications.
• Lead and mentor a team of data scientists, providing technical guidance and fostering professional growth.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business problems and translate them into data science solutions.
• Develop and maintain robust data pipelines for model training and evaluation.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and data science, and evaluate their applicability.
• Communicate complex findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of experience in data science , with a strong focus on machine learning.
• Proven experience in developing and deploying machine learning models in production environments.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and relevant libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Strong understanding of statistical modeling, algorithms, and data mining techniques.
• Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
