Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of sophisticated machine learning models and algorithms.

• Mentor and guide a team of data scientists, fostering best practices in ML development and deployment.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to identify opportunities for ML integration and drive innovation.

Requirements

• PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in data science and machine learning, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role.
• Expertise in Python and ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and MLflow.
• Proven experience in deploying ML models into production environments and MLOps practices.
• Strong understanding of statistical modeling, algorithm development, and data mining techniques.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, crucial for effective collaboration in a remote setting.
