About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced and visionary Lead Data Scientist to spearhead their machine learning initiatives in Coventry . Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of machine learning models and algorithms.

- Develop and maintain robust data pipelines for model training and evaluation.

Requirements
- Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of experience in data science, with a significant focus on machine learning.
- Proven track record of leading data science projects and teams to successful outcomes.
- Expertise in programming languages such as Python or R, and ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling, experimental design, and data mining techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and drive change.
