Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Design, develop, and implement advanced machine learning models for predictive analytics, classification, and clustering.

- Conduct in-depth data exploration, feature engineering, and model validation using large, complex datasets.

Requirements
- Master's or PhD degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in data science, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role.
- Expertise in machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and data mining techniques.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python or R, and experience with relevant libraries (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Strong SQL skills and experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop).
