Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of sophisticated machine learning models and algorithms.
• Mentor and manage a team of data scientists, providing technical guidance and fostering professional growth.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across product, engineering, and marketing to identify opportunities for data-driven insights and solutions.
• Oversee the end-to-end data science lifecycle, from data extraction and cleaning to model deployment and monitoring.

• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, ML, and data science, evaluating and integrating new technologies where appropriate.

Requirements

• PhD or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience (7+ years) in data science and machine learning , with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Deep understanding of statistical modeling, data mining, and ML techniques (e.g., regression, classification, clustering, deep learning).
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python or R, and experience with relevant libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience with large-scale data processing frameworks (e.g., Spark) and SQL databases.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience managing technical teams.
