Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.

• Explore, clean, and transform large, disparate datasets from various sources.

Requirements

• Master's or Ph.D. in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in data science , with a proven track record of delivering impactful ML models.
• Expertise in programming languages like Python or R, and relevant libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Strong understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning techniques, and experimental design.
• Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) and SQL databases.
