Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of data scientists, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Develop and implement advanced statistical models, machine learning algorithms, and predictive analytics solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate data science models into production systems.
- Define data science strategy, roadmap, and key performance indicators in alignment with business objectives.
- Communicate complex findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data science, AI, and machine learning, and advocate for their adoption.
Requirements
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of experience in data science, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior role.
- Proven track record of developing and deploying machine learning models in production.
- Expertise in programming languages such as Python or R, and data science libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling, experimental design, and data mining techniques.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
