Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of data scientists, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

Requirements

• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of experience in data science, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior role.
• Proven track record of developing and deploying machine learning models in production.
• Expertise in programming languages such as Python or R, and data science libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Strong understanding of statistical modeling, experimental design, and data mining techniques.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
